#BridgingTechnologyintoSustainability

It Must Be Simple!

Democratizing Sustainability,
because complexity has kept the world from acting.

Dive into NusaLink

Technology, Sustainability, Indonesian.

Technology is our tool, sustainability is our direction, and Indonesia is our starting point. We believe that when innovation grows from local roots and responds to real-world environmental needs, it creates change that’s both meaningful and lasting.

Vision

Our Vision is to become the pioneer and industry leader in developing smart waste management tools and systems in Indonesia, driven by innovation and a deep commitment to sustainability.

Core Values

We work sustainably, implement precisely, collaborate adaptably, grow resiliently, and innovate creatively.

The Challenge of Sustainable Data-Driven Policy We’re Facing

One of the major challenges in waste management is not only the ever-increasing volume, but also the quality of the data and monitoring methods used. Current recording systems still have many limitations, making it difficult to support informed decision-making.

Conventional Methods

Manual data collection and rough estimates

Person writing on a notepad at modern workspace

Not Real-Time

Doesn't reflect live field conditions

Man checking time while talking on the phone

Difficult to Verify

No consistent system for checking

Data-driven decisions are hampered

Struggle to obtain credible data to create effective strategies

Stack of brown folders and binders with documents

High Operational Costs

Require large and repetitive resources

Piles of one hundred dollar bills

This is where Nusabin comes in, building a data and technology - driven ecosystem that connects communities, businesses, governments, and NGOs

National Targets

  • The Indonesian Government's 2029 Target: Reducing national waste generation and achieving 100% waste management.
  • Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) encourages producers to be responsible for the life cycle of their products.
  • The 2025-2029 National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN) strengthens upstream and downstream waste management through TPS-3R (Recycling Sites), TPST (Recycling Sites), Waste-to-Energy (WTE), and Refuse-Derived Fuel (RDF).
  • Energy Transition: Accelerating the processing of waste into energy.

Global Targets

  • One of the 17 SDGs by 2030 (established in 2015) is to encourage waste reduction and strengthen recycling.
  • Net Zero Emission Global 2050 (Paris Agreement commitment, 2015): A shared direction towards low-carbon waste management and a transition to a Circular Economy to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
  • Basel Convention (1989, entered into force 1992): An international agreement to control the transboundary movement of hazardous waste and protect the planet from its impacts.
  • New Plastics Economy Global Commitment (2018): A global initiative to reduce single-use plastics and accelerate recycling on a global scale.

Endless Movement

At Nusabin, we believe fixing the waste crisis means first fixing the narrative. When people start to see waste not as an inconvenience, but as a shared responsibility — behavior follows

Because when people change, the world must follow.
